Edna Mae Townsend Stringer, age 83, was born Nov. 23, 1920 in Lakeland, Florida. She passed away Wednesday night, July 7, 2004. She was deeply involved in the Duval County school system as a History teacher and Guidance Counselor, primarily at N.B. Forrest High School, and retired in 1977. She is survived by her children, Patti Hanafourde, David Stringer, Lynda Coker, Renee Stringer Harmel, Susan Pajcic and Gary Pajcic. 14 Grandchildren: Kemp, Kathie, Matthew, Marisa, Simeon, Michael, Angie, Mycah, Townsend, Curt, Curry, Ian, Seth, Shaara. 11 Great-grandchildren: Samantha, Quinn, Zach, Noelle, Curtis, Ellis, Daley, Curry Jr., Winnie, Austin, Anna Grace.
